CTG’s business model originates from recruiting outstanding talents among our Academy’s students. These individuals join CTG as full-time employees, working together to build one of Malaysia’s leading e-commerce ecosystems.

For private-label product incubation, we adhere to a high-standard “zero-to-one” process:
from product design and positioning, brand logo and trademark registration, comprehensive brand identity design, video production and editing, cost analysis, unique selling point formulation, promotional strategy planning, marketing strategy design, supply chain matching, in-house logistics support, team assembly, advertising platform integration, financial backing, to CMO advisory. Every step is executed with rigor to ensure that once launched, each product enters the market with high recognition, strong competitiveness, and industry-leading standards—creating a disruptive advantage.

Once a product is launched, CTG leverages data-driven logic as its core engine to rapidly scale sales to six figures monthly, seamlessly integrating into CTG’s omnichannel marketing ecosystem (after-sales system, Shopee, independent online stores, live commerce, O2O pharmacy retail, overseas markets, etc.).

Building on this foundation, we further scale brand performance to exceed RM1 million in monthly sales, driven by a healthy balance of customer retention and acquisition—establishing a sustainable D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) model.

By directly owning customer relationships and first-party data, CTG ensures that conversions and after-sales are managed through its own channels, positioning external platforms and pharmacies as touchpoints rather than dependencies. This allows profits to flow directly back into R&D and service enhancement, avoiding dilution by traditional distribution layers.

Through this model, CTG not only accelerates revenue growth but also cultivates long-term brand equity, forming a growth flywheel of direct connection, direct fulfillment, and direct value creation—empowering brands to achieve both explosive growth and lasting sustainability.

CTG × Oasis Home Holding Berhad (Bursa: 0357)

In 2025, CTG entered into a strategic joint venture with Oasis Home Holding Berhad, a public-listed company on Bursa Malaysia (Stock Code: 0357), to launch a new JV company focused on livestream-based retail in the health and beauty sector.

Cooperation Framework

• CTG contributes: product innovation, brand building, marketing strategies, performance advertising, distribution network, and logistics infrastructure.

• Oasis contributes: livestream content production, host management, traffic generation, and capital market platform support.

• The JV will jointly promote CTG’s core product brands through the listed company’s ecosystem, paving the way for these brands to grow within a capital-backed environment.

Strategic Significance

This collaboration marks CTG’s evolution from a brand incubator into a strategic bridge between product innovation and capital markets. By leveraging livestream commerce as an entry point and real-world sales performance as traction, we are executing a flywheel from:
