Training Pathway

This training program is designed to provide our team with a clear and structured learning pathway. Each lesson is carefully developed to support different roles and positions within the organisation. The program consists of two categories:

🔹 General - Mandatory Course (必修课)

These are compulsory training modules that must be completed during your probation period.

After confirmation, employees are still encouraged to revisit or join additional sessions to further strengthen their role-related knowledge and skills.

🔹 Selected - Elective Course (选修课)

These courses are available only after confirmation. Participation is based on a recommended namelist, curated by your leader or manager, to support your continued growth and development.
